The Teacher Enrichment Programme provides training to working teachers in all areas of self-development. Communication skills, confidence building, boosting of self-image, optimum use of space & movement while teaching, voice modulation, creative teaching methods, relevant teaching pedagogies, parenting, and the significant use of drama in education.

Our workshops help transcend the paradigms of conventional teaching practices, training teachers to think critically and rationally.

Teachers are encouraged to use tools of observation, reflection and research, thereby enhancing their own teaching practices. The programme grooms teachers to eventually take up mentorship positions.

Teachers are training in classroom management techniques, self-empowerment, increasing their ‘responsibility quotient’ and exploring their role as individuals. Our workshops are customized to suit the available duration, number of trainees and the topics needed by the group.
